Cancellation Policy
At ZiGoo, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Zigoo Deals brand is powered by Thai Green Power Solution India Private Limited., and if you need to cancel your order, please follow the steps outlined below based on your order status:
To Cancel Orders Before They Are Shipped
- Click 'Cancel Items': Click on the “Cancel Items” button next to the relevant order.
- Provide Reasons for Cancellation (Optional): You can optionally provide feedback on your reason for cancellation to help us improve our services.
- Confirm Cancellation : Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation. A notification will be sent to your registered email.
Process the Return : The items will be returned to ZiGoo within 2 days for a refund if payment has already been processed. You will receive a confirmation email regarding the return.

Note on Refusing Delivery
If you are still contacted for delivery or do not see an option to cancel in "Your Orders," please refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery. This will initiate the return process for you.
Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

Refund to Original Payment Method :
For all cancelled orders, we will refund the amount (if payment was already made) to your original payment method. The refund timeline will adhere to the ZiGoo Refund Policy. The amount will be refunded within 6 to 7 business days.

Combined Shipments:
If your order is combined with other active orders and shipped as a single shipment (common tracking number), cancelling one item will result in the cancellation of all items in that shipment. -
Partial Cancellations:
If you partially cancel an order, the refund for the cancelled items will be processed once the remaining items in the order have been fulfilled. -
Seller Fulfilled Orders:
For orders shipped directly by a seller, you can cancel from "Your Orders" within 30 minutes by clicking on "View Order Details" and then selecting "Cancel Item." After 30 minutes, you can still request cancellation from the seller until the order is shipped. The seller will handle the cancellation, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method if payment was made.
Viewing Your Cancelled Orders
- Go to 'Your Orders': Log in to your ZiGoo account and navigate to "Your Orders."
- Select the Filter on Top Right of the Screen : Click on the filter option available on the top right corner.
- Select ‘Cancelled’ : Choose the 'Cancelled' option to view all your cancelled orders.
Checking Refund Status for Cancelled Orders
To check the status of your refund for cancelled orders, visit "Your Transactions" within your ZiGoo account. This section will provide updates on all transaction activities, including refunds.
